FAQ

After placing an order, how long do I have to wait for the goods to arrive?

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 3 Days

Shipping time: 3~10 Days

How is my ZoulaGlide eBike shipped?

ZoulaGlide eBikes are shipped partially assembled in a reinforced box via freight or ground carrier. The bike requires minimal assembly upon arrival — typically attaching the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat.

How far can a eBike go on a single charge?

Expect a real-world riding range of 25–50 miles, though this fluctuates based on rider load, terrain, weather, and assist settings. For optimal efficiency and extended range, utilize lower pedal assist gears (PAS 1–2) on flat terrain.

How long will my battery last?

Batteries are rated for 800+ cycles (down to 80% capacity). With typical weekly usage (3–5 charges), expect 3–5 years of life. Proper care and storage habits can significantly extend this lifespan.

How should I store my ZoulaGlide battery for long periods?
  • Duration: For periods exceeding 2 weeks.
  • Charge Level: Maintain between 50% and 80%.
  • Environment: Cool and dry, 50°F–77°F (10°C–25°C).
  • Warning: Do not store fully depleted or fully charged to prevent accelerated degradation.

Class 1: Pedal-assist only, motor cuts off at 20 mph.
Class 2: Throttle-assisted (no pedaling required), motor cuts off at 20 mph.
Class 3: Pedal-assist only with a speedometer, motor cuts off at 28 mph.
